  1. In this Privacy Policy (Policy), the terms "SavourLife", "we", "us" or "our" refers to SavourLife Pty Ltd ABN 79 162 723 882.

  2. When you create a SavourLife account or interact with us online generally at our on-line store or via our 'Adopt-a-dog' website, the personal information we collect may include your:

    • Delivery Address
    • Email Address
    • Telephone Number
    • Mobile Number
    • Social Media Handles (i.e. Facebook username, Instagram username, twitter handle etc.)
  3. The personal information we collect from you may be used in some or all of the following ways (the Primary Purposes):
    • To deliver the products you supplied by from SavourLife or other promotional scheme;
    • To update you on the delivery of the product and for customer support purposes;
    • To provide you with relevant product information, including by way of advertisements on third party websites you may visit;
    • To customize future shopping for you and improve our store; or
    • For the purposes of administering the 'Adopt-a-dog' marketplace.

When you give us your email address on the SavourLife website or through our social media or other related pages such as the 'Adopt-a-dog' web page, we will also use your personal information to send you information, marketing and/or promotional materials from time to time. You can unsubscribe from this information at any time by using the unsubscribe function within the electronically delivered marketing material.

  2. SavourLife will not, without your permission, disclose your personal information to third parties except that SavourLife reserves the right to disclose your personal information to (and you hereby consent):
    • third party service providers including not limited to those supporting our business (including fulfilment services and delivery services); and
    • third parties participating in SavourLife's 'Adopt-a-dog' marketplace; and
    • third parties in connection with the sale, assignment or other transfer of our business, in which case SavourLife will require any such buyer, assignee or transferee to agree to treat it substantially in accordance with this privacy statement.
  3. SavourLife will otherwise only release your personal information to third parties in the following limited circumstances to the extent permitted by law:
    • if required by law;
    • to protect the property or legal rights of SavourLife, its related body corporates or associates.
  4. SavourLife may disclose aggregated information which does not allow you to be personally identified to third parties.

    • The pages in the SavourLife website that you browse
