HAART - Homeless and Abused Animal Rescue Team

Haart is a not for profit and 100% volunteer run rescue based in Perth, WA. We are foster based, meaning our dogs are kept in loving family homes until adopted. Our dream is to see every companion animal in a safe, loving forever home. Our goal is to arrive at the day “Rescue Workers” are no longer needed because the message to desex, vaccinate, microchip, train & socialise has become the norm. Our dream is to help as many animals as we can until then and we believe with your help, this day will come. We are strong advocates for animal welfare and helping improve living conditions for every animal.

Adoption Policy: Strict

To enquire about adopting from Haart, please complete our pre-adoption form at https://haart.org.au/adopt/pre-adoption-questionnaire-dogs/ Within seven days, we will give you a call to discuss your application. We will then arrange a home check to make sure your home and fencing are suitable, as the safety of ours dogs is of the upmost importance. If passed, a meet and greet with the dog and his foster family will be arranged. If it's a match, we send you our adoption contract & invoice and you and your new family member embark on a two week trial!
