Pugs SOS Australia

An Australian wide rescue organisation, Pugs SOS rescues pugs that are at risk of ending up in backyard breeding operations, neglected and abused pugs, and also accepts pugs from people who can no longer care for them. Once in care, they are desexed, and receive full veterinary treatment, before being rehabilitated and rehomed.

Adoption Policy: Strict

We keep all applications on file and we are looking for the some of the following things: (part of our standard criteria) Is someone home often? Do you have another dog? What breed? MUST be desexed and compatible with a pug. Where does your dog spend most of its time? We do rehome to people that work, however we prefer someone to be home often and you must provide another dog for company. . Have you owned a pug before? Living status? (are you renting? you must have the approval of your landlord prior to applying for a rescue pug) Our decisions are based on what you can offer our rescues, based on your lifestyle/care, home environment, and a whole lot of love :)
